Last years training needs assessment highlighted that councils felt the need for more training on health and safety and risk assessment. BALC have organised for Vic Quayle an experienced trainer to run an evening session for parish councils in Berkshire. Vic was an environmental health officer for 20 years and publishes Health and Safety for Local Councils. He has also been a parish clerk and locum in Surrey where he is currently secretary to the SLCC.
Cost £35 for BALC members, £50 non members
