Community Buildings Support and Advice
Community Buildings Advice Service – CBAS is a 'must have' service for anyone who manages or runs community halls and public buildings. Giving members advice and guidance on topics as diverse as health and safety, to insuring your building - joining CBAS is easy and offers , and offers help by telephone, email, or in person – whatever suits you best.
CBAS specialist services include:
- Legal advice to make sure your building complies with relevant legislation.
- Risk assessments – to ensure you’ve covered all the important areas that might be issues when running and renting out community buildings.
- Fire prevention.
- Fund raising and grant application.
- Password protected access to the CBAS section of CCB’s Action for All web portal.
- Invitations to training events, to help you make the most of your community buildings in Berkshire and beyond.
