CCB plays a vital role in helping communities to generate housing that meets the needs of rural communities.  Our service is led by Arlene Kersley – CCB’s Rural Housing Enabler, who can advise and support in a range of ways including:

  • Surveying communities to identify housing needs
  • Working with communities to find solutions that are suitable and meet local housing needs
  • Providing advice and guidance on:
    • Rural exception site development
    • Development site appraisals
    • Neighbourhood Development Planning
    • Community Right to Build
