Bringing forward land for rural development

On January the 26th 2011, CCB held an event for landowners to discuss the issues and changes in policies that may affect availability of land for rural exception schemes in the future. This was an opportunity for creative discussion between landowners, agents, Registered Providers and local government planning and housing officers to explore ways of working together in the future.

The event was funded by the North Wessex Downs AONB Sustainable Development Fund and supported by HARAH (the Hampshire Alliance for Affordable Housing and the Oxfordshire Rural Housing Partnership.
