Graft Candidates
Graft Candidates
If you think Graft could help you to find employment, you will need an initial registration interview with one of our advisors. Please call 0118 986 9933 or email info@graft.org.uk to request an appointment. When you come for your first appointment, please bring with you:
· One form of photographic ID (e.g. passport, Driving Licence)
· Proof of address
· A copy of your CV if you have one
· What to expect
We will talk to you about your employment aspirations and the support that you would like from Graft. You will be able to talk to us about your current situation and ask us any questions that you may have about our service.
If you agree with our advisor that Graft could help you, we will ask you to provide some personal details and then we will agree an action plan with you that we will support you to work through. The action plan will have specific goals for you to work towards with our support. It is important that you are committed to achieving these goals and that you take responsibility for your action plan.
It doesn't matter how long it takes you to achieve your goals - Graft can support you for as long as you need.
If we feel we are not the right service for you or if we feel that we have done as much as we can for you, we will refer you to a more appropriate service with your permission.
We can also offer you Career Guidance and advice through our partnership with Next Step. If you feel this would help you, please ask your advisor during your first appointment.

Although we work in an open plan office, a private meeting room is available for one to one meetings - please let us know if you require a private meeting area.
