Graft supports a range of clients from disadvantaged backgrounds into employment, training and other work related activities. We can help you if you have a disability, are a lone parent, over 50, a young person not in education or training, an ex offender, a carer or from a BAME background.*

The support and services we can offer include:

  • Information, advice and one-to-one support
  • Job search support
  • CV writing/updating
  • Training in a range of areas including Confidence Building and Work Skills
  • Work experience opportunities to build and develop skills and experience
  • Signposting and referral to other organisations offering more specialist support (e.g. Welfare Support teams) Weekly job club and access to a range of local papers (updated weekly)
  • Access to professional careers advice and guidance and job search facilities through our partners
