Untapped workforce DVD image

The DVD entitled 'Untapped Workforce' is aimed at employers, and focuses on the benefits and true business potential of employing people with a disability. It was created as part of the I-Work project, which has helped over 1400 people so far to get further training or find work.

It features local businesses, including Reading Borough Council, and looks at employers and employees talking about their experiences in the workplace.
