General Complaint

If you have a general complaint we will endeavour to respond within 5 working days. We will endeavour to conclude your complaint within 30 days from submission.

Notice of Claimed Infringement

The information requested by the Notice of Infringement is designed to ensure that parties reporting infringements are either rights owners or authorised by the rights owners, and to enable CCB to correctly identify the material to be removed.

When your first Notice of Infringement is received by us, you'll be able to transmit future notices to Action For All by email at actionforall@ccberks.org.uk.

All you need to do is complete and fax to us a Notice of Infringement form specifying the allegedly infringing material, complete with an original authorised signature.
