In the last financial year AONB Sustainable Development Fund funded  The Parish Wildlife Map Toolkit produced by Hampshire and Isle of Wight Wildlife Trust with community planning partners from across the North Wessex Downs.

A Parish Wildlife Map helps people find and identify wildlife and habitats, carry out surveys, restoration and conservation work, and keep a lasting record.  Copies are available from Hampshire & Isle of Wight Wildlife Trust: www.hwt.org.uk, other wildlife trusts and organisations that took part in the project
