The refreshed Cold Ash Parish Plan was signed off by Individual Decision on 12^th July, 2010.     

The refresh process was undertaken earlier than in most communities as all the actions from the first plan adopted in 2006 had been completed.

The refreshed Plan focuses on updated priorities particularly green issues such as energy reduction, reducing the carbon footprint and growing food locally.  

Other major issues that the Cold Ash Parish Council and the Community Partnership will be addressing include flood protection, reducing speeding and improving the village hall provision. The refreshed Plan also highlighted the need to gather email addresses to assist with better information exchange with residents.
