The everybody matters Training Programme

everybody matters is practical training empowering people working with harder to reach, vulnerable and disadvantaged groups and individuals.

The training is adaptable to service and individual need and can be provided in 3 formats:

Open - attended by individuals from voluntary, statutory and private organisations

In House - Team focused within an organisation or

In House - Linking Services within an organisation

everybody matters focuses on identification, engagement, evaluation and sustainability to enable professionals to feel empowered, confident and effective.

Our Vision is of services focused on the needs of the service user with equitable access and sustainable benefits for all.

Our definition of the harder to reach - those who do not engage with mainstream services. They are:

  • Aware of services but do not want to engage.
  • Aware of services but cannot engage.
  • Unaware of services and have a need.
  • Unaware of services and unaware of a need.

Participants on everybody matters training cover the Introductory Training module followed by the In Practice Workshop module. Training is practical, interactive and introduces tools that are effective and applicable in day to day work to improve reach and impact.

The modules are based on the Ormerod Practice Model which is outcome focused and was developed specifically for everybody matters. This methodology is underpinned by extensive work with the harder to reach, vulnerable and disadvantaged.

Everybody Matters trainers are professional, fully-qualified and have a depth of experience gained over many years of working with vulnerable and hard to reach groups and individuals.
