Everybody Matters training provides the tools to enable people to engage with a wider range of service users and achieve positive outreach outcomes.

We recognise that people working with vulnerable, disadvantaged and hard to reach groups are under pressure to ensure that services are equitable and provide real, cost effective and sustainable benefits. This can pose significant challenges.

Everybody Matters offers a series of practical and empowering training modules to meet these challenges and enable people to extend service reach for the benefit of the service user, provider and purchaser.
 
This is especially relevant for people working with priority groups such as lone parents, prisoners’ families, the homeless, asylum seekers, teenage parents, Black and Minority Ethnic (BME) communities, people living with disabilities, victims of domestic violence.

How Everybody Matters training works

Everybody Matters is delivered by people who have many years experience in service delivery for vulnerable, disadvantaged and hard to reach groups.

Everybody Matters training modules are delivered as:

Open courses with people from diverse organisations

or

In-house modules focused to specific service requirements.

These include an Introductory training module and an In Practice module. The training focuses on identification, engagement, service delivery, evaluation and sustainability. Completion of both modules enables participants to use the unique 5 Step Practice Model to identify barriers, both their own and service users and develop strategies to overcome these barriers.

As a result of Everybody Matters training, people are more confident, skilled and empowered to engage with and provide services for hard to reach communities. This enables them to improve channels of communication, links and partnerships to provide increased reach, awareness and access routes to sustainable services for the benefit of all.
