The objective is to encourage participants to develop relationships with potential funding agencies by engaging them in meaningful dialogue about their objectives, strengths, capabilities and aspirations. This will cover:
- Use of digital photographs to promote sales messages
- Use of objectives and outcomes to differentiate centre from competing applicants
- Historical success story
- Quantification of progress, growth, footfall & eyeballs including table/graph of evidence of success
- Customer satisfaction & evidence of unmet need/demand – semi-structured interviews & evidence of user involvement in decision-making
- Next steps leading to approved outcomes and measurable impact
- Lift speech about values and achievements to engage potential funding agencies with the centre prior to writing a funding application
- Research and reports – use of websites and video case studies
- Building a relationship with a local funder through pre-application visit, success stories and media insight studies
The webinar will also include a short opening section outlining the most pertinent funding opportunities that are current at the time.
