Monitoring Outcomes Part 2
Monitoring Outcomes – collecting the right data
How much do you know about the effects of your organisation’s work? Are your funders asking you to report on the outcomes rather than just the outputs of your projects? This workshop builds on the principles outlined in Monitoring Outcomes – can you show you’re making a difference?, and introduces some practical ways to collect data about your organisation or project that will demonstrate whether intended outcomes are being achieved. The workshop will also look at tools to help analyse outcome data and provide feedback to funders, clients and management.
The workshop will be led by David Ellis, an experienced trainer and project manager, and an accredited Outcomes Champion under the Charities Evaluation Services’ National Outcomes Programme.
