Monitoring Outcomes Part 1

Monitoring Outcomes – can you show you're making a difference?

How much do you know about the effects of your organisation’s work?  Are your funders asking you to report on the outcomes rather than just the outputs of your projects?  This workshop will introduce you to outcomes monitoring, helping you to identify the changes that your project or your organisation aims to bring about.  Practical ways of monitoring and evaluating your progress are covered in the follow-up workshop Monitoring Outcomes – collecting the right data.

The workshop will be led by David Ellis, an experienced trainer and project manager, and an accredited Outcomes Champion under the Charities Evaluation Services’ National Outcomes Programme.
